Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Assistance

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Vital Signs Monitoring:

Measure and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate.

Assist with Mobility and Rehabilitation:

Help patients with physical therapy exercises and mobility routines prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Encourage and support patients in regaining independence and strength.

Nutrition and Hydration:

Monitor and record dietary intake and report any concerns to the nursing team.

Medication Support:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
