Caroline O’Donnell is one of our straight-talking recruitment consultants with No1 Healthcare and has over 9 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. Her experience in recruitment covers a wide range of sectors including Hospitality and Healthcare. Caroline boasts an outstanding record with the longevity and quality of her candidates due her comprehensive and rigorous selection process. Caroline is committed and focused about her work and always strives to offer the best experience for both her clients and candidates.
Fun fact – Caroline enjoys swimming in lochs and has competed in the great Scottish swim.
Gizela Berenguel
About Me
I am an experienced recruitment consultant and physiotherapist for over 5 years. I have great understanding in providing highly vetted and professional key workers as I was initially a key worker myself before I transitioned into a recruitment consultant. Gizela is one of our hard-working recruitment consultants with 5 years’ experience within healthcare. Having worked in care homes herself, she has a great understanding of what is needed for the everyday running of the home as well as how to be a successful team member. Her recruitment style is comprehensive and thorough leading to a high standard of successful candidate. Gizela is dedicated to working within the recruitment industry and works hard to establish the clients needs and provide candidates that exceed their expectations.

Jonathan Webb heads up our Executive Search and Senior Appointments team based at our head office in Edinburgh and has over twenty-years’ experience of working at a senior level within healthcare recruitment. About Me
I am Diana, one of the recruitment consultants within No1 Healthcare. I have gained all the knowledge and understanding as a recruitment consultant within mainly private and NHS sector since 2012. I am an experienced manager and recruitment consultant within the healthcare field and if you need someone who is reliable, fast and effective, someone who knows the healthcare field, then this is me. I have been in the healthcare sector for 9 years and I have 5 years recruitment experience. I have had the privilege to work within Nursing homes, Hospitals and within Home care as a senior key worker, whist completing my Dental Nursing Degree, There is no better healthcare consultant than someone, who already knows the expectations. Apart from my job (which I absolutely love), I like travelling and helping people in need on a day-to-day basis. In my free time I enjoy singing.
Diana Olszewska
Diana Olszewska is one of our passionate recruitment consultants and has over 9 years’ experience within the healthcare sector of that, 5 years in Healthcare recruitment. Her vast experience comes from working within nursing homes, hospitals, homecare and the dental industry where she has also gained her dental degree, through this Diana has gained a wealth of knowledge of the needs and requirements of working in the healthcare field. One of Diana’s notable achievements has been placing 40 candidates within the space of a week and she strongly believes in only placing the right candidate in the right role.

Zoe Peveller
About Me
My Name is Zoe, I have 15 years’ experience of working within the health and social care including continuing care and nursing care. My specialisms are working with young people who have learning difficulties or challenging behaviour, in particular learning disabilities and complex health needs. As an accredited expert, trainer, practitioner and recruiter, I have a passion for care.
I have worked on the front line with children and adults, directly working and consulting with health and social care agency’s alongside external and internal stakeholders. With over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment, my dedication to clients, candidates and service users allows me to build long-lasting relationships. I work hard to truly understand your needs by identifying the best candidates with skills to meet your service needs and grow with you as a valuable team member and employee.
I am enriched upon strong ethics and honest values. My consultative approach attracts top physicians and mid-level professionals alongside other healthcare professionals. My interviews are bespoke and tailored individually enabling me to recruit for all specialties. I hold a current individual DBS with CQC and my skills, knowledge and experience with CQC gives reassurance to finding the best candidate for you.

Zoe Peveller
Zoe is one of our highly motivated recruitment consultants with over 15 years’ experience within health and social care, of that 12 years in the recruitment industry. Zoe has worked on the frontline with children and adults with complex needs including autism and learning Disabilities. Zoe’s dedication to clients and candidates allows her to build long lasting relationships and she works hard to truly understand the needs of her clients by identifying the best candidates with the skills to meet her client’s needs and grow with the company as a valuable employee. Zoe’s interviews are tailored individually to each candidate, enabling her to recruit for all specialities. Zoe currently holds an individual DBS and CQC.
Fun fact – In Zoe’s spare time she volunteers with the AP foundation.
